| As of October 1st, 2009, I have opted out of the Medicare program. If you have Medicare, I can still see you as a doctor. To find out how, see the Access Direct Care program. As of July 16th, 2010, I will be an “out-of-network” provider for the Cigna, United Health Care, and Aetna insurance plans. You can still come to me as your doctor, but you will need to pay cash at the time of the visit and submit the insurance claims to the insurance company yourself to get reimbursement.
